Return Information

Thanks for shopping at SocksSocks.ca. You may exchange or refund your purchase within 15 DAYS from the date you received it.

Eligible items for return

• the items are unused and unwashed
• the items are still in the original packaging including tags still attached
• the items MUST have a proof of purchase (receipt)

Returning process

To process your returning, you will be required the following items:

• Contact us email at info@sockssocks.ca with the subject line, "Return/Exchange request: Followed by the "ORDER NUMBER" to notify us of your return/exchange.
• We will then get back to you with instructions on how to go about the return / exchange process.
• Pack and Ship the items back to us and provide us the shipping and tracking info by email. We also strongly recommend you to keep a copy of this info as SocksSocks.ca is not responsible for any lost returns shipment
• Cover the shipment fee.

Please allow for up to 7 business days to process your return once the package arrives at our processing facility. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
